Jumping Jack Tent Trailer: basically NEW in NC, used once

I have tried a Conquerer, Kimberly, and even an Evo3, but really prefer the JJ for it's design, strength, quality, and extreme diversity (doubles as an utility trailer- see link below)!! Sadly, I am about to undergo some much delayed spine surgery as well as a pair of shoulder replacements, and our camping time will be curtailed for some time. As such, I am selling the JJ.
I am the original owner, it is stored under covered roof, and has had some upgrades fitted. It comes with the factory lantern holder/handrail, several extra seat backs/bed cushions, spare tire mount with spare wheel/tire, folding table/legs, aluminum ramps, carpet, etc. I may have the cooler rack but not positive on this.
In addition, I have extended the tongue 2' (professionally done and reinforced) which makes a huge improvement, added an LP gas tank and mount, added an aluminum storage box, bought two extra aluminum 5 spoke wheels (so comes with a couple extra steel wheels), etc.

Thanks Dendy- really hate to see it go- Renee was having presage seller's remorse already The nice thing is you don't go crazy on a rainy day as there is plenty of room at the table for board games, both sides can be reconfigured in seconds to have bench seats with backs, or double wide berths on both sides- amazing flexibility!!
And don't forget, the 'tent' package can be removed, and you have a 3500# capacity trailer for hauling duties(debris, mulch, motorcycles, etc- literally two for one purchase.

and you can leave the table stowed on the floor if you prefer or need more room:
Note: What looks like a patch is actually a velcroed pass through for power cord or propane tubing for heater, etc...

Do you happen to know the exact dimensions of the trailer, really just need the length or depth of the top carrier rack, got a 2 up atv, it's pretty long. Just want an idea of the fit for transporting it, the atv's in the ads are all smaller so just curious. I am also impressed with the interior room, you're pics show better than on the site, lol. Thanks for doing so.

Beachbum2020, My parents have the same trailer (and love it) the platform you would put your atv on is 6 feet wide by 8 feet long. and these trailers are built tough so the weight should be no issue. Hope the info helps you out.

Thanks JimS, that is correct. I do also have the long aluminum ramps to facilitate loading.

Those aluminum wheels you added look great. Do you remember what kind they are and/or where you got them?
I wouldn't mind having a set for my JJ.

Also, I noticed that large box was still attached to the wing on the trailer when you had it opened up.
Did you mount it to the lid so it would flip over when you opened it up? If so, what do you use it for that way?

In one of the pics you showed the table lowered to the floor to get it out of the way.
I just lean mine up against the wall to get it out of the way.
That way it doesn't disrupt the floor area.

I was also considering extending the tongue on mine, but was looking at just unbolting the "A frame" and relocating it further forward on the frame.
It would only require fabricating and welding two tabs onto the A frame for where it would bolt to the front rail, and drilling a couple extra holes on the front and side rails for the bolts.
I would reuse the existing hardware, and could easily restore the trailer to the original configuration if desired.

Did you look at doing anything like this before you extended yours the way you did?

I know you listed some of the accessories you have for your JJ, but I didn't see the water jugs or trailer cover mentioned.
For the benefit of those that may be interested, do you have either of these optional accessories?
