do you really like it? i am in sacramento and only about 20 minutes from the teardrop. maybe i should take a look at it this weekend...

it looks like it needs some work though.

Nope, its 50 years old. If its been sheltered and the wood isn't rotten, offer them 500. Its probably worth that. Add another 500, and you've got a neat trail rig.
