Expedition Leader
This fits all Jeep Wrangler TJ models from 1997 to 2006 and works with both hard and soft tops. The manufacturer part number is 5031-1.

All mounting hardware is included; the rack mounts to brackets that attach to the front door hinges and behind the rear lights. (One hole needs to be drilled above each rear light for a bolt but this is straightforward.) The rack can be removed completely leaving just the mounting brackets in place which is handy if you don't want to keep the rack on the vehicle all the time.
Like all other Kargomaster stuff more than a year old, this rack has some rust at the joints which I've sanded, primed and repainted.
Note the crossbars and storage box in the muddy Jeep picture are not included. If you need crossbars, Kargomaster makes 2" diameter bars and also brackets that fit standard round Yakima crossbars which all clear the humps. Alternatively I've found that the brackets for attaching crossbars to factory roof rails on cars fit fine but the humps get in the way somewhat.
