This is a kelderman airbag hitch that fits 99-11 f250 f350 f450 (I do not know if it will fit excursion due to fuel tank, it is not listed on keldermans site).
The hitch eliminates the rear leaf spring mounts/shackles. So you get all the benifits of the airbags with out the loss if rear suspension travel (droop). Makes towing really smooth, not to mention, I ran a softer rear leaf, because i could just air up the bags if I needed extra height in back for loads etc.
I have now eliminated the rear leafs in favor of coilovers, so the hitch wont work for me.
The bags are in great shape, the hitch is a 2 inch, you can run it with a compressor and tank (as I did) or run lines and a valve only.
