Exactly as the title states. This is the deluxe model that has gear lofts and screens on both doors. I used this tent one time before the group buy on the CVT roof top tents came along. I purchased the RTT and have no use for the Kodiak tent now. Shipping would be very expensive as this thing is bulky and heavy but if you are willing to pay for it I am willing to box it up. I am asking $450, new they are $599. The tent looks and smells new. It has been sprayed with waterproofing as directed by Kodiak and the initial setup and curing instructions were followed to the letter. Thanks for looking.
