How much do you think you'd be looking at to put a new engine and trans in, 4wd kit and lift?

Seems a cool starting platform for a build out, and I love the walk through and exterior storage space..
Im thinking about it, but Im guessing I'd have 25-30 just in getting the vehicle mechanically sound and off road capable?
