Labels for PU-coated nylon

I have polyurethane-coated nylon dry bags and duffle bags. I would like to clearly label them, since I frequently have my stuff mixed into the back of a truck when on a SAR mission.

Any ideas how to label soft PU-coated goods? I have a stencil with my name, which I use with spray-paint on anything harder. But I don't think it will work on something soft.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

A.

After two decades in SWAT we had the same problem.....all the darn gear bags were black or OD and we could never locate an item quickly, so I made some tags similar to these to identify the items in each bag. I'm now testing these ID Tags with some Operators to see how well they hold up and will have them on our site shortly.
These new EXPO ID Tags are made from 1000 denier Hi-Viz Red Cordura, heavy duty loop Velcro, Mil-Spec 550 cord. They're designed to be placed on a handle or strap and the ID Name Tags are interchangeable.

LMK if your interested and I can also have special ID Name Tapes made-up for SAR teams.

Take care and be safe.

That's a nicely done set of tags. I might just be interested.

I was also contemplating using a Dymo label printer that can print on shrink tubing and have that on simple loops of cord.
