I am getting ready to install a ladder on my D2. I have several size rivnuts, but i am unsure what size to use. I also do not know what size drill bit to use.
Any help would be great
Thanks
I may be blind, but I did not see what size to use. The instructions are great though. Should I just use the biggest size where the bolt will fit through the hole in the ladder?

i think they list the size for the bit but its in metric(just looked 7mm, its listed in the picture beside step #6). if i remember correctly, i just put the ladder on the door where i wanted it and just used the bit that fit in the hole.
#12 sheet metal screws work fine. Nearly all the weight is supported by the lip that goes over the top of the door. The fasteners are just to hold the ladder in place.
My RivNut tool would not accommodate the rivnuts that came with the ladder so I ended up using my own rivnuts and matched bolts from Home Depot. Installation takes only a couple of minutes. It's a good idea to center punch the door before drilling.
what the H do you mean what size? There is a hole on the ladder that a bolt runs through, pick one that uses a bolt that fits in the hole? Drill bit? One that is slightly smaller than the riv nut? Honestly, I'd used sheet metal screws if I were you.
