Land Cruiser Brutus - about 100 imported in USA?

Those are HZJ75 pickups. Common in the mines and rare on the roads of Canada/USA. I know of only a couple that slipped out by accident and are legal in Canada. These are very common in Central America.

It is different to the link above (which is a 75 series and does not have a 75/79 series tub on it), it not an HZJ75 or a Bundera, it is an FJ79.

since I have imported a vehicle myself and know a fair share about importing I am interested to know how these are legally going to be on USA roads? Importing something like this is easy, driving it legally on the pavement is something else.

Yeh we've got a Mazda bed on our truck until the custom bed is made. Beefed up turbo on it too. Sounds like a Peterbuilt!

Garrett,

It's spelled Peterbilt you genius and it sounds almost as good as my newly repowered 4bta Scrambler ;)
