300Tdi engine with all ancillaries with 78k when taken out of a 1995 Defender.

Manual injection pump
Radiator/Intercooler
Radiator frame
Shroud
Fan
Rubber top sound damper
Starter motor
Turbo
Down pipe and full length exhaust
All brackets for filters etc.
Coolant reservoir
Engine brackets
R380 transmission + bellhousing
New clutch fitted
1.4 transfercase
Tdi crossmember
Wiring harness

If you don't need the 1.4 transfercase let me know to make it cheaper.
