I ordered three Hella 320 FF for a U500. I've received these lights and they look like a good add-on: Large size (9.6 x 6.4 inches), clear lens like merecedes/BMW and a H7 bulb.
Hella seemed to have originally developed this light as an HID driving light for trucks. But at $710 each for the hid version I guess it didn't sell very well.
The halogen version are about $90 each. Solid metal flat black case.
