That is somewhat similar to the little giant trailer\tent combo. Couple of hundred more but it is pretty rugged, at least the trailer is. For someone in a warmer climate either solution might work OK. One of the engineers at letsgoaero tent\trailer uses it for elk hunting in Co. and he sent me some early designs of it in use in the mountains.

I have had just the little giant trailer for a couple of years now and it is extremely well made. I have a wall tent so not really interested in another tent solution so put a construction topper on it for a hard side and use the vestibule from my Cabelas Big Horn Tent. The channel at the top of the trailer allows customization for many options. Works pretty well for me and the dog last week in the Mn. Arrowhead grouse hunting. Still have some more insulating to do but at 17 deg F it was plenty warm with the heater and thermostat on low.
