Description: I've had this van for three years now but with a girlfriend and two dogs we wound up needing something bigger. I always said that I'd keep this thing forever but I realistically can't keep three vehicles going and it has been sad to see this thing sit this winter when I took my new truck down to baja.
It's a 92 alltrac non supercharged 5spd. This set up was only offered in 91-92 and is very hard to find. Luckily parts are mostly available and the ones that are hard to find have been swapped (I had to order the front strut coils from dubai). It is built out with a full size bed, stove, and roof vent (never hooked up the fan on it but wires are run to behind the drivers seat). The lift was done with all stock parts from a sienna, tacoma, and mustang and provides two inches of lift. This allowed me to put bigger jeep rims and all terrain tires on it. I also recently installed airbags in the rear coils. With the lift and the mid engine this thing does great in the snow and pretty good off road (still a minivan at heart).
With the bigger tires and rims the spare tire doesn't fit in the normal spot underneath. I was running a Wilco swing out tire carrier but haven't had much interest in the fully set up van so I pulled it off to sell separately. I haven't sold it yet though so it could be available for another $500 with the van.
Since I have owned the van I have replaced:
Front and rear differentials
CV axles
Front hubs and wheel bearings
Front brakes and rotors
Transfer case
Driveshaft carrier bearing
Front right brake caliper
Oil pan and seal
Front ball joints
Stabilizer bar end links and bushings
Clutch
and probably some stuff I'm forgetting...
