As tough as they are, one of mine was no match for the dealer's car wash...
Ripped it off the light, bent the legs flat, but it didn't break. Neither did the light, and it didn't loose it's aim either. I tried to bend the legs back, but once bent, they wanted to stay that way. Ended up using a propane torch on low, heating the plastic till it just wanted to move, and got it close enough to fit. It will work for a spare, but it also got scuffed up pretty badly. Tried to repair it with head light lens polish, but the scratches are to deep.
