Lock N Roll bolt thread failure

I had a construction business for 22 years and always enjoyed the customer service aspect the best. I found it very rewarding.

In that time I worked for a very successful client who's mother had needlepointed a saying that hung on his office wall, in a frame. To this day those words are timeless and remain as one of my favorite quotes.

"In 1024 B.C. David slew a 1000 Philistinians with the jawbone of an a s s

I've never heard of a Lock-N-Roll failing, they get twisted, bent, tweaked, and now I understand the threads get messed up.

The Lock-N-Roll and the Max Coupler are both certified couplers for using on road. To get the certificate they are exposed to loads three times greater than their rating. So both of these couplers have maintained their integrity after being pushed and pulled along various axes with at least 18,000 lbs of force.

I'm not expecting one to fail anytime soon. I am more worried about the couplers that are in use but are not certified.
