Looking at buying this interesting trailer

I am getting ready for a move to Yellowknife and have been thinking of buying a cargo trailer to move myself (moving companies here don't seem to like my zodiacs, outboard motors, guns, ammo, tools, etc...) and use it as storage once I get there until I can get housing with a garage.

I just found this trailer today and it looks really interesting to me. Not an off road trailer but more versatile than a strait cargo unit. It has a large 3 way fridge and a boat type propane fireplace along with windows with built in retracting bug screens and blinds and a retracting bug screen for the side door. It also has an awning, twin 30lb propane tanks (in locked compartment), and a batt (in locked compartment) with solar panels on the roof to keep it charged. The walls, roof, and floor are insulated. It has good locking mechanisms for the doors to help keep things in it while parked and not being watched. The axles are 3500lb torflex type units for a GVWR of 7000lbs. It seems a great simple camper/cargo/toy hauling rig to me. Asking price is $7500 which seems ok to me as a similar trailer without the mods would cost around $5000 or more around here. What do you think?

I think it is a good deal. And most camping can be done with this. It will get down any fire road, maybe not the really serious off road trails, but for what you are getting for the money is great. Someone put some work into for sure. I really do not see how you would go wrong.

Based off of what you stated you need it for, and for the price, I don't think you can go wrong? Those Dickinson Marine propane stoves are like $1100 alone...and that fridge looks nice!
