Looking for a brand of aftermarket wheels.

I have seen a couple guys running around town with a set of aftermarket wheels.

They are black with holes (Like American Racing Outlaw II), but the holes have the outer edge machined to expose the raw aluminum.

Anyone know what I am talking about?

I can't seem to find the manufacture who makes them.

Kinda close, no artificial bead lock.

Picture this with the edge of the holes machined. I would of asked the guy, but he was going the opposite direction.
