Looking for a Suspension How To for Gx470/120

Just got the 2.5" lift kit by iron man from MetalTech. A lot the airbag replacement kit.

I am wondering if there are any good threads/resources/videos out there for step by step how to replace your front struts and UCA's. MetalTech provides a guide for the rear bags so I should be good there.
