Looking for new Dutch Oven favorites.

Every summer I host a week-long camping trip for my buddies. I try to prepare a menu that has at least one DO dish in every dinner meal.

After 6 years, I'm looking for some new ideas. I have a couple DO cookbooks but wanted to see if you guys/gals have any time-tested favorites to share.

No special considerations....just 5 single, meat-eating dudes.

Thanks,

Nate

only thing we do that is not in most cookbooks is one the kids like

we make it all in the same DO
chicken cut up into pieces and brown in DO then salt and pepper to taste once cooked
then one can chicken cream soup
one packet country chicken gravy and milk amount needed from soup and gravy I think its about 2 cans milk
put all that in and stir together
for topping those cheap pop open biscuits for topping I keep meaning to make our own drop top out of bisquick
and cook till done
basically a cheap quick cheat for chicken and dumpling idea

kids love it so for us that is a huge thing :) ahhahaah and total cook time is pretty good maybe 30-40 minutes
