Looking rain guard louvered window covers for hardshell camper

I am debating whether or not I want to go the route of just louvered window covers for ventilation during inclement weather and rain as opposed to cutting a hole in my roof and installing a roof vent fan that would be in need of a gaudy cover in order to use during a rainstorm. It seems as if there is just only one type of louvered window cover on the market that are made primarily for larger RV windows. I need some shorter version for some 14x21" horizontally mounted windows on a slide in truck camper.

Wondering if any of you might have some for sale that are of the shorter version?

or if you might have some other roads to search down.....'keyword' specificities perhaps. I have searched high and low and only coming back with one and the same type of louvered window covers.

Any thoughts?

Fantastic Fan is awesome, rain sensor, temp sensor, in/out etc. So you can leave it on, go to bed and if it rains it closes itself- opens when the sensor dries (and sometimes closes again of course if it's still raining).
