Our new family of an 8 year old boy and a 5 year old girl. Are leaving June 3 for a two week long trip from Louisiana, to Excello, Missouri to pick up my 82 year old Uncle Bob. He will be attempting to harvest a black bear with a bow and arrow. We will be trying to catch 50 inch northern pike. The first part of our trip will be driving 12 hours to Missouri. We will spend the night in Excello. Leave about 5 A.M. and drive to the Canada / USA border. We are in the School away from school truck camper. With this setup, we are able to eat meals on the road and not have to pay for hotels along the way. During the day the kids can home school and Uncle Bob can sleep. We do have the SPOT set up on track mode. And have it set up on public display. Through Spot Adventure. I am not sure it will all work out right. Stacy is bringing the computer to attempt to down load pictures and update when we can. We have three days of hard driving to get the Snow Lake Manitoba. Where a float plane will pick us up and fly us to Burntwood Lake. We plan on staying in a cabin but spend at least one night in the bush. This trip will inclide trip input from both kids as well as an 80 plus year old. After the fly in fishing , we will take the long way home and travel the back roads through Canada.
