Can anyone explain to me how to change the position of the lights? I have loosened both bolts but when I retighten them they go back to the same place they were before. Its a -10 wind chill right now so I won't be heading back out to try again today.

If you are trying to have them all face forward, you'll have to devise some sort of angle block spacers to go behind the outer two.
Personally, (as in this is an opinion), you should have two floods on the two most outer lights, and two pencil beams on the two most inner lights. Then the "throw" would be correct in the position they are in now.
You are running hella compact 4000's, which is what I plan to change my IPF uppers to when I can swing it.

If they're like my Hella 4000s, you have to take them off, use a 7or so MM allen key and loosen both nobs underneath, move the mount, re tighten, and re mount.

You don't even have to take them off the rack. Loosen the two knurled knobs with allen screws under the light and adjust ... retighten ... done.

Thanks guys, it was way to cold to fiddle with them to any extent, and its driving me crazy that one points perfect and one points towards the ground.

Sorry, I haven't personally messed with one of these racks or the compacts, so I didn't know if he'd have the room. But yes, if you have the room just get the allen key in there, loosen them both, tighten the light down, turn them on, aim as best you can, then turn off and tighten everything.
