Wife and I are looking into a home purchase so unfortunately this project will need to go.

Trailer summary - 1984 M101A2, Dexter 5200lb axle w. electric brakes, 12v lights hooked up with 7 way adapter in junction box, tongue modified with 2" receiver tube, brand new trailer wheels and 215/85/16LT E rated Cooper AT3's. Maybe 3, yes 3, miles on the axle/tires.

SOLD
would get you the trailer as it sits - rolls great, brakes are not hooked up yet.

AND

All of the extras I was going to eventually put into the trailer and I have already accumulated including but not limited to: Atwood gas stove, breakaway controller, electrical wire, connectors, brake wire, pintle hitch and heavy duty curt receiver, etc.

*Picture does not show tongue modification.

PM me if interested.

If you need to sell this trailer project to raise money to buy a house you are underfunded. Houses cost a lot more than you think. There are a lot of unforeseen expenses that you don't have as a renter.

A second point is unfinished projects sell for a bargain price. If you want top dollar you need to finish it.

Thank you for your opinions/concerns - probably would have been better to send them to me as a PM. With buying a house comes simplifying the rest of our lives - i.e. not putting another few thousand dollars into the trailer like I had planned.

Second, for someone who wants a trailer to haul camping gear or use as a utility trailer, this project IS finished. For someone who will expo it out, it will probably never be finished (tweaks, changes, etc.). I am open to offers nonetheless.
