M101A2 with RTT build / Q&A

Hey all, Been lurking for a long time soaking up everyone elses m101a2 builds, and am finally going to start my build.

My current Question is:

Anyone seen the Thule XSporter ladder racks? They are adjustable height and bolt on to the rails of the bed.

I know that they can be used for RTT as Bobby at CVT sent me a customer picture using them, albeit attached to a truck. I like the adjustability so I do not have the rtt flying a couple feet taller than my jeep as I go down the highway.

So, my question comes from reading the install instructions on-line where Thule says not to use these on anything towed. Why not?

Other details:
Tow Vehicle : 2012 JKU Rubicon - stock right now...
I plan to take trailer apart this winter, paint bed white to match jeep, chassis saver coat the frame, and monstaliner the bed after widening the space between the wheel wells to accept 48" sheet goods. At this time I am keeping the lunette/surge/military axle.
Trailer needs to maintain its utility as a mulch/building supplies/stuff hauler... in addition to my base camp plan.
I am pretty well set on the Rainier RTT from CVT with annex as we have 3 kids. I need the height for the annex to be used.

Assuming there is no problem with the XSporter/RTT setup what else am I forgetting that could get me in trouble?
