This 1 7/8 combo is on ebay for $89. What do you all think?

I need to buy a new pintle hitch with an adjustable height receiver for my Tundra/M416 combo. I currently have a fixed height pintle with 2" ball.

Will a pintle with 1 7/8 ball work just as well? Was thinking the 2" left less room for the lunette to bang around.

Thanks

I don't see provision for a safety pin on the locking tab. If true (might be the angle of the photo) another reason to stay away from that one.

2" it is. Good catch on the safety pin! The local camp store has the drop receiver and pintle for about $150 total. Will check the farm store as well.

Mark - Where'd you get that one!
