I have the title from when I purchased it, but I have not titled it in Kansas. Since it is not required to have a license on it because it is under 2000lb.
It is in good shape, I would not hesitate to hook it up and head for the east or west coast with a few off road jaunts along the way.
I towed this behind my jeep wrangler. I normally carried my camping gear in it, but have used it to haul furniture, rocks, mulch, and many loads of firewood. Since I have owned it I have taken several trips over 400 miles in a single trip. It tows well.

It is wired for 12 volt for normal use and has aftermarket trailer lights on a 4 prong wiring harness.
It has the 24 volt wiring and blackout lights still on it and hooked up if you want to use the original system it came with.
It still has the original penal on it and it has been adapted to use a normal trailer ball receiver so it can be towed by anything with the normal trailer ball.
I have a spare tire/rim for it.
The hand brake is functional.
The landing leg is functional.
It has the original chains with it.
There is some surface rust where some of the paint has flaked, it has many coats of paint on it, but could probably use another coat.
