I say get the James Baroud. I have a top of the line JB Grand Raid XL on top of my XVenture trailer and did all the researc before buying. JB is a better tent. Talk w Jim Oostyk at OK4Wd in Stewartsville NJ. He's the biggest dealer I know and a great guy.

I am waiting for my JB, the new 2015's are what sold me. They aren't showing up on the OK4WD site yet but you can see them at the link below. I'm guessing this is what James Baroud USA was unveiling at OX. They also have a video of one on the James Baroud YouTube channel.

I know this is an old thread (with recent activity), but I'm wondering about the inside dimensions. Can anyone that owns one confirm? The site says 37 inches tall/open for the RTT, but I'm 6 foot and it is coming down to inches. If the height is 36 from the top of the mattress to the ceiling I can live with that. 35....maybe. 34...nope. I'm interested in Winter camping and would therefore prefer the Mag.

Length seems to be border-lined too. If anyone can verify actual interior L x W x H measurements I'd be grateful. Thanks.
