Heavily Used but a lot of life left in it. Tears in screen repaired with screen tape. Canvas in great shape, just cleaned and waterproofed this spring. No mattress, used an exped duo...not included. GREAT tent and a great price. Feel free to text. It is a large, basically a queen bed size. Over $2500 new. Asking $700 located in High Point North Carolina.
