main power fuse in 94 montero SR??

So I pulled a newb the other day and left the battery connected while re-installing my alternator and arced the positive alternator terminal to the body. Now I have no power to anything even after charging the battery for a loooong time. I'm guessing that 100amp fuse near the battery is a main power fuse but it doesn't look blown... Any other possibilities? I've checked all the other fuses I can find including the under dash fuses.

Thx

Not really here
Check the battery. Preferably with a load tester and with a voltage meter. There are in-line fuseable links you may want to check out as well. Anything that comes directly off of the battery.

turned out to just be the battery.... it didn't like welding apparently but it was still under warranty. Now the truck runs but the heater core needs replacement so out goes the entire dash!! not my idea of fun
