Does anyone have a good contact at a NC waterjet place? Maybe we could have a bunch of gaskets cut for a discount rate?
I can do the DWG drawings.

Good idea - but better make them of the Low Temp Viton (-40 minimum useable temp) to maximize in use in Canada and Alaska where those temps (ore those who can use the) are common.

I have a friend who has a waterjet cutting setup, I'd be happy to pass on the DWG file to him for a quote. He prefers to work on a 'provide your own material' basis, but I'd be willing to handle the material.

Which product are you considering using? They all look pretty pricey considering you can only get ~5 from a 12'"x12", maybe more?

For anyone in the SLC area Pioneer Gasket can and has made them, but it turned out to ab out $6 each and we can buy them from the guys that have them for less so I didn't got that route.

What he said.
