I've been experimenting with making jerky, and advice I've found online includes not to put salt on it.
However, I've been toying with the idea of putting meat tenderizer on it. I see that the McCormick’s meat tenderizer we have in the cabinet lists salt as an ingredient.
Anyway, anybody use tenderizer on their jerky?
