It a concept built for SEMA to draw attention to the Fab Four booth. It's no different than 90% of all the concept cars made by manufacturers that never end up being made. I saw it in person and thought it was pretty cool and out of the ordinary. Probably doesn't even run but it doesn't bother me. Just shows there's still people willing to think outside the box.
