copied pic off the CL ad - pretty cool rig. States 15mpg, it's the multi-fuel diesel. The big thing sticking out the back is a fish wheel.

He stated "about 14 mpg". Somehow I doubt it, unless that's at 35 mph in top gear, perhaps.
