The previous Montero Ranch was very crowded on about 7500 ft² which included the house, 25 pygmy goats and pens, 8 Mitsu products, 4 trailers, 2 GM fullsize trucks and a Class C rv. We have moved up about 46 times to now almost 8 acres of pasture land. I'm claiming a small fenced portion between pastures for my 'shop' area and will soon have a 20' or 40' shipping container as my garage/parts/shop storage.
