sweet!!

Dave took some sweet shots!!!!!!!! Gotta post more up!!!!

:jump:

He is posting them on his flickr account for you to see. I have never before wanted anything more than my little Canon Elph. Now I want a D300!

What he is able to capture, the detail, color, and clarity....just makes me warm and fuzzy all over:ylsmoke:

Ditto, Ditto and more Ditto!!!

I think a D40 for my level would work out great...then in a few years make the jump to the upper D series!!!

My buddy Dave had just purchased a Nikon D300 with a variety of lenses and such, and just sent me some of his collection. Here is a cool one, 20 seconds, Highway 191 and the airport are in the background:

Some bees had a hive inside one of the large cottonwood trees right next to Dave's tent. They went about their business, and Dave took their picture.

I laugh and think about the 'Bee Movie'

Organizing some photos, and came across a bunch from this trip. I think one of the most enjoyable things for me is to see my kids (others as well) discover the natural world. I especially liked these shots, and the one of Nic's truck was exciting as well.
