Wow! If the mechanicals are as clean as the inside of the cabin, then this is a truly pristine example. There should be no problem licensing a 1960 diesel in any state. You could license it as an historic vehicle, if nothing else.

The problems with these 'Mogs are their low over-the-road speed and high noise in the driver's compartment.
