Monticello Canyon, NM

I've been looking at doing this trip for a while now, so when Kirk Kai38 asked if I wanted to join him and his group, well I just had to say of course! Monticello Canyon is located close to T or C, NM. and the small town of Monticello. The road winds it's way through several river crossing to the end of the canyon for some 17 or so miles. It was a great trip and just 1/2 of a weekend spent exploring some of NMs back roads.

Good stuff. I was down there a few months ago. So far my second favorite trail in the state behind only Goose Lake.

Well if you like driving through water, I suggest trying Monticello. I drove it a few months back and the trail takes you through the stream 100 times or so. A lot of fun.:smiley_drive:
