More Big German Camper Eye Candy Tours the U.S.

Friends of mine, knowing my Unimog and my other trucks, ran into this Volvo/Action Mobil rig at Cedar Breaks National Monument and quite correctly decided I'd want to see pictures. The owners were out hiking, so there was no more information that could be gathered for me. If anyone knows more about the truck or the owner, chime in.

Sure is much to like about this setup:

But what I really want to know is: Why is there what appears to be a lobster tail attached to the grill? German good luck charm? Emergency fish bait? Weird. :sombrero:

They've obviously been to a Walmart in New England. The Lot Lobsters there jump when they see headlights coming and get stuck in the grill.

I had one break a headlight once. Their shells get pretty hard out in the sun all day.
