Mounting two radios

I want to move and re-mount my two radios. I'd like to mount them in tandem (two radios, one bracket)

Will I get interference if they are either flush or very close?
Should a leave a gap?
Should I put some rubber between them?

Any tips please?

They are an Icom F110 VHF and Dragon 29mhz.

interesting question...

I was going to say my CB (11M) and 2M/70CM are mounted close together and work fine, but in reality only the faceplate of the dual band is near the CB. I don't see it as potential problem in any case - the output is shielded to the antenna, so there shouldn't be any spurious power leaks.

I'd certainly leave a good air gap between them for cooling purposes.

Mark's right here, the main issue is air flow for cooling. EMI/EMC shouldn't be a problem as long as the antenna cable connector and coax are done well. But if you have a bad connection, wouldn't matter if the radios are next to each other or on other sides of the cab, you would probably have interference.
