My 2008 Rubicon Unlimited is growing up next week!

Hello all,

Almost done ordering the parts to repair my 2008 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited after its incident with the bad ECU and the 25 foot cliff. Anyways, I am adding to the insurance money, and saving on the labor since I am doing all of the work my self. This leaves me with a little room to replace some of the busted parts with what I want.

Here is what has been ordered:

Rock Krawler 2.5 Max Travel kit.
Bilstien 5160 remote reservoir shocks
Smitty Built XRC 10,000 pound winch with synthetic line.

I still need to replace the Pro-Comp 9" lights that were smashed and find a set of 17" wheels to put my summer tires back on. I am running studs on my stock rims and want two sets. I am thinking that I will get 4.5 back spacing and run 33X11.5's on my summer rims, and keep the stock 6" backspace rims for running my 265/75/17 studless snow tires with studs in them (and awesome combination on ice) That way my winter tires will be covered by the fenders and keep the crap off my doors, but my summer tires will give me a little more width and clearance.

I am not sure what to do on the lights, there are so many choices. I have always had excellent luck with Hella, but have strayed from them due to features and size for the price, but after the awful Pro-Comp's, I am ready to switch back to Hella. Maybe Rally 4000's in a Euro Beam.

I will post pics here as it goes together.
