My $800 gem!

So, I posted a thread awhile back about what plans I had for a Jeep, and a lot people we're telling me I'd be better off finding a Jeep that has no rust, and mildly build already.
Well I found a Jeep that has pretty much zero rust (super hard to find up here in NW Wisconsin) It's very clean inside and out (just minor greasy animal prints in the rear area, and the headliner needs to be re-done it's falling down) and the only body issue's are minor as well. Some of the plastic is dented in here and there. There is sun fading here and there, and a minor dent by the drivers side tail light and the rear passenger door has a decent dent (but the boys in the body shop can pop that out for free)

Like the title says, it was only $800 :Wow1:

Starting Tuesday I'm going to get it into the shop and start doing maintenance so I know it should be pretty reliable.

Turns out I don't know how to link pictures, that are a decent size to view, the ones I had on here were HUGE, so I'll just link my photobucket album

Let me know what you guys think of my find, I'm sure happy with it but my girlfriend is tired of me telling her what I want to do with it already :bike_rider:

Nice!! I got lucky when I bought my '99 up here in the 'Rust Belt'. It's got some wheeling damage and 'pinstriping' now, but no rust.

Nice find!! Especially for the price!

Yes it runs, and great too! It's been very well taken care of.

When I was linking the photobucket images I was using the IMG tag, and using the "link image directly" thing that photobucket provides.

I thought it was a great deal too, no I just need to start doing things to it. The next few weeks will be full of doing all the PM's (oil, diff, tcase, tranny fluid ect. ect) and fixing the minor things wrong with it, like the hanging headliner, fixing the rear windshield washing hose and driving it to find out what other things may be wrong with it.

Once I start adding things to the Jeep I'll start a build thread too
