my attempt at Rubicon Trail. Oh well, until next time!

Found some pics of the trip to the Rubicon that I went on couple of months ago. Unfortunately I didn’t go through the entire trail due to a failed locker compressor. It made extremely difficult trying to continue without it so I had to forfeit, head back and save the trip for another time. Nevertheless it was a great experience. Camped out, had some nice chats over fire with all sorts of people and of course - expo this expo that, 4x4 this and that....

Like they say, if at first you don't succeed try, try again. I'm sure you will make it next time. And at least you don't have far to go to the trailhead.

Great pictures. Good thing you are close and it was not a cross country drive. I would love to live that close to the Sierra Nevada's.

yes, we went through Wentoworth Springs. Ill be going back next season once the snow melts.
