National Geographic program

I am looking for the name of a National Geographic television program of a modern day explorer traveling in a rented Landrover for a couple hundred miles to see hieroglyphs on a mountian top. He travels from a hot desert town to a frozen mountian top. The place is somewhere in the Middle East but I dont remember where. If somesone remembers the program I would like the title.

Perilous Journey's I think...there was a recent thread around here on that show...
I will look around and update this thread if I find it

It is very simular to Perilous Journeys: Crossing The Himalaya, but I dont think its that one, I remember he broke a rear axle and had to drive up a difficult part of the road backwards in front wheel drive only.

Were you able to find this series for sale? I tried and couldn't find it anywhere except in on-line databases.
