Hello All, I need some technical help here. I installed a Mile Marker SE12000C winch on the Dodge. I followed the instructions to the best of my figuring and when I go to hook the + cable up to the battery it arches....
Now the instruction for the winch show it with the old style solenoid box that is pre-wired and this one came with the new MOSFET box. I have tried to download the instructions from the Mile Marker site, but I am computer illerterate also
....The instruction have #'s in ( ) next to the wire color, so I am guessing this would match up to the #'s on the MOSFET box. The pictures are not the best in the instructions ethier, sooooooo.........
I installed a MM PE8000 on the XJ with no problem, but it had the old solenoid box that was pre-wired....
I even e-mailes MM and have not gotten a response....
Oh, also... I am trying to attach the + before hooking up the ground...
I really hate electrical problems...so hopefully there is someone on here that can shed some light on this for me.
