About the only place I have found any PPG paint chip sheets online is at http://www.tcpglobal.com/autocolorlibrary/

Select your make and year and it will bring up whatever sheet they had available for a scan. Hope that helps.

Just go to a local paint supplier. They will have quite a selection of paint chips. Definitely don't choose a color by looking at an online chip. You need to see it in person.
