Need help with timing belt on 1990 Montero

Hey everyone,

I am a Toyota guy but I found a good deal on a 1st gen Montero. It has 180k miles and runs great, has minimal rust, but the seller doesn't know when the TB was last done.

I can't seem to find a DIY for this anywhere, can anyone assist me? It is a 3.0L V6

Also, anything I should look out for on this vehicle prior to buying?
