Usually it's just as these guys mentioned...1 single bolt through the center of the pulley and it comes off. Swap it out with the new one is just reverse order. Same goes for the belt. There's usually a 3/8" square slot in the tensioner arm to put a 3/8" ratchet. Push the ratchet and loosen the tension on the belt, then slip the belt off the pulley.
There's usually a belt routing diagram sticker somewhere in the engine bay, if not it should be in the owners manual or you can find it online. You can always draw up your own diagram before removing the current belt, making note of it's route around each pulley. Make sure the new belt is seated in each groove on each pulley before starting the engine.
