I need to replace the serpentine belt and the tensioner pulley on my 05 f150. The bearings are gone, is this hard to replace? I'm not very mechanically inclined and hoping someone could give me a hand with that and changing my plugs

I am not familiar with the f150, I am a dodge guy, but it might be similar. The pulleys in the dodge (2 idle, 1 tensioner) are 1 bolt each, and very easy to get to

That's how the ones on my Ranger pickup are (one single bolt right in the center).
Remove bolt, pulley itself comes off, install replacement pulley.

Usually it's just as these guys mentioned...1 single bolt through the center of the pulley and it comes off. Swap it out with the new one is just reverse order. Same goes for the belt. There's usually a 3/8" square slot in the tensioner arm to put a 3/8" ratchet. Push the ratchet and loosen the tension on the belt, then slip the belt off the pulley.

There's usually a belt routing diagram sticker somewhere in the engine bay, if not it should be in the owners manual or you can find it online. You can always draw up your own diagram before removing the current belt, making note of it's route around each pulley. Make sure the new belt is seated in each groove on each pulley before starting the engine.

Yeah, I can give ya hand. Pretty easy... it will take more time to route the belt properly, than to do the rest of the work combined... How bad/fast do you need this done?
