Need Opions

This is my current rear tire set up. I am looking for away to make a good looking trailer hitch. I really need some ideas.




My idea is to bolt a pintle hitch in the center where the current D-ring is. Please let me know what you guys think. It is a light utility trailer very seldom sees over a 1000 pounds. Thank you very much for your help in this matter.

I can't tell from the photos how your bumper plate ties to the frame. if it is just bolted to the rear crossmember, i don't think it is strong enough to tow with. The stock cross member is not very strong, i have seen several fail including my own recently. I was pulling a stuck vehicile and pulled the bumper bolts partially though the cross member. On a tj I think your can tie to the sides of the frame fairly easily by welding in support brackets.
