I'm a Jeeper, have had them for over 20 years. Always had one. Well I drove the wheels, really, right off the 5.9L.... Yes I miss it already. I just bought an EB '03 Expedition. No time for wrenching on Jeeps anymore, so here I am. This is the only site I'll visit anymore. So, add one more full-size Ford to your list on here.Love this site!

Cool. So what are your plans? I have an '05 4x4 XLT Expedition. I have had it for about 2 years now. I have seen some cool examples of small lifts done our the 2nd gens over on the ford expedition specific site www.expeditionforum.com. I would like to do the 3/2 lift on mine and add some 35" all-terrains. That would suffice me plenty on the fire roads and dirt trails out here in NM.:smiley_drive:

Congrats- we just sold our Exp w/ the 2/3" lift and 35s, while not a 'wheeler', certainly a great Expedition (LOL)rig and cheap to keep!! Doubt you will ever want to go where it can't at this point. I've come full circle myself and actually loving the simplicity and time to actually get out and about. Welcome- great folks here!!

Thanks, no real plans to lift or do much to it. My expedition adventures these days are work during the week, and camping, boat hauling on the weekends.

I have an 02 Expy 4x4 with the Triton V8. Just turned 100,000 miles. Great truck. Just running some 33" Uniroyals on it right now. Had thought about building it out some with a lift and bigger tires but ended up buying a Jeep Wrangler and that has consumed my attention. While I don't consider it an expeditionary vehicle, for one person it certainly could be.
