New helping finding a Waeco CF-025DC

I need help sourcing a Waeco CF-025DC. The new version, CDF-25, has been changed drastically so I need to find someone that has the old version on the self.

If anyone knows of a retailer that actually has a physical unit and does not have to call Waeco/Dometic, please let me know.

My space restriction is so specific that I have to use the the Waeco CF-025, but would rather go without than have the new control panel.

The problem is most places have the old picture for their online stores, but they still have to order them which would most probably mean Dometic sending out the new version.

I guess I was lucky. I just bought one of those a few weeks ago. A RV dealer had one as a floor model. I got it for $350. Many places still list that model. You might just have to do some calling around. Happy hunting.

Well I had A to Z Marine order me one. They stated that if it shows up at their store and it is not the version that I want they won't charge me for it and will just keep it as an inventory item.

He said that the CDF-25 was not even an orderable part number in the E-Dometic order system. So he is hoping that the CF-025DC will be actual unit they ship him.

Thanks! Here is the whole story. The fridge was listed on Ebay. I bid on it for $300 but it did not meet the reserve and was not sold. I contacted the seller after the auction. He said his reserve was $400 but would take $350. I said SOLD. What surprised me is I was the only one that had bid on it on the Ebay auction because anyone could of had it for $400. Guess it was my lucky day.

Well, I have some great news. A to Z just got my fridge in from Dometic and it is indeed the correct unit. Plus they gave me 20% off.

They are shipping it today. So if you really need a Waeco Fridge I highly recommend contacting Ryan at A to Z. Their responsiveness and overly friendly attitude was a pleasant experience.
